Simple Logic Studio desarrolla aplicaciones móviles y herramientas digitales, incluidas herramientas internas de creación, programación y publicación de contenido en redes sociales. Podemos modificar, suspender o descontinuar cualquier parte de los Servicios en cualquier momento.

El contenido que publicas sigue siendo tuyo o de su titular. Nos otorgas únicamente el permiso necesario para procesarlo, almacenarlo temporalmente y transmitirlo a la plataforma que elijas con el fin de publicarlo. El sitio, las marcas, el diseño y el software de Simple Logic Studio son propiedad del Titular y están protegidos por la legislación aplicable.
Los Servicios se integran con plataformas y proveedores de terceros (por ejemplo TikTok, Google/YouTube, Meta y proveedores de infraestructura). No controlamos esos servicios ni somos responsables de su disponibilidad, cambios en sus APIs o decisiones sobre tu cuenta.
El tratamiento de datos personales se describe en nuestra Política de Privacidad, incluida la sección específica sobre datos de TikTok.
Puedes dejar de usar los Servicios y revocar las conexiones en cualquier momento. Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso si se incumplen estos Términos o las normas de las plataformas conectadas.
Los Servicios se proporcionan "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, en la medida permitida por la ley.
En la medida permitida por la ley, el Titular no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, ni de pérdidas derivadas del contenido publicado por los usuarios o de acciones de plataformas de terceros.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Publicaremos la versión vigente en esta página con su fecha de actualización. El uso continuo de los Servicios implica la aceptación de los cambios.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los tribunales competentes de Culiacán, Sinaloa, México.

Acceptance. These Terms govern your use of simplelogicstudio.xyz and the apps, tools and services of Simple Logic Studio (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
Operator. Simple Logic Studio is an independent software studio operated by Luis Fernando Souza Navarro, Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico. Contact: contacto@simplelogicstudio.xyz.
Social media publishing tools (including TikTok). Our publishing tools let account owners connect their social media accounts (such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook) through each platform's official authorization flow (such as TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API) in order to upload and publish videos to those accounts. Content is only published to accounts whose owner has explicitly authorized the connection, and always on that owner's behalf and instruction. We do not post to third-party accounts, send messages, follow, like or comment automatically. Account owners can revoke access at any time from the platform's settings (on TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services → Remove access) or by emailing us. Use of these tools is also subject to each platform's terms and policies, including the TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Branded Content Policy.
Your obligations. Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage; do not publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content; hold the rights to the material you publish; label AI-generated and commercial content where required; and do not interfere with the Services.
Content. You keep ownership of your content. You grant us only the permission needed to process, temporarily store and transmit it to the platform you choose for publishing.
Third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, API changes or account decisions of third-party platforms.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy, including the TikTok data section.
Termination, warranties and liability. You may stop using the Services and revoke connections at any time; we may suspend access for breaches of these Terms or platform rules. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for actions of third-party platforms.
Changes and governing law. We may update these Terms and will post the current version here. These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico; disputes are subject to the competent courts of Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico.
